Sreepal Jain is a seasoned finance professional with over 18 years of extensive experience in Accounting & Financial Management, Business Planning & Analysis, Treasury Management, Capital Acquisition- Equity & Debt  and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). 

Endeavours & Engagements

Before founding Kiyansh, Sreepal held key leadership roles at IIFL Group, where he played a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy and driving organizational growth. Notably, as CFO/CSO at IIFL Samasta Microfinance Limited, Sreepal was instrumental in scaling the company, earning the title of the fastest-growing MFI for two consecutive years. He also oversaw the successful merger of Samasta MFI with the IIFL Group and launched various cross-selling product platforms.

Sreepal’s career foundation also includes valuable experience at IKF Finance Limited in the capacity of group CFO  and KPMG, where he worked in audit and consultancy. His significant contributions to the finance and banking sectors earned him the Corporate Contributor Award from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2018. In 2019 , Sreepal was recognized by CEO Insight Success Magazine as one of India’s 10 Most Inspiring CFOs.

With a proven track record in financial leadership and strategic growth, Sreepal continues to lead Kiyansh toward sustainable success in a dynamic and competitive market. Sreepal is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Post Graduate from Mumbai University. 

Rahul Jain

Promotor & Director

Rahul is a dynamic entrepreneur and businessman, recognized for his strategic vision and innovation in transforming traditional business models. Building on a 75-year-old family legacy business, he expanded the business from a single store to a successful retail chain with three showrooms in prime locations in Bengaluru City.

Armed with FMBA from Mahaveer International, Rahul restructured the company’s operations by introducing specialized departments for HR, Purchasing, and Backend Operations, enhancing efficiency and productivity. His keen understanding of customer preferences allowed him to target a niche market, solidifying the company’s reputation for unique, high-quality products and services. In addition to his family business ventures, Rahul has also made strategic investments in early-stage startups including Kiyansh Finance, further diversifying his portfolio.

Rahul’s leadership and entrepreneurial acumen have been key to evolving his family business into a thriving multi-store chain, positioning him for continued success in the ever-changing business world.

Aryendra Kumar 

Independent Director

Mr. Aryendra Kumar is a seasoned professional with nearly three decades of experience in the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) and Information Technology sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, showcasing his versatile academic foundation.

Endeavours & Engagements

Mr. Aryendra has been associated with top financial services majors such as Citi Bank, Tata Capital Housing, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, SBI Home Finance, and IKF Group, where he served in various leadership roles and as an advisory consultant on the boards of reputed companies. He also contributed to the IT sector through his work with Satyam Computers as a domain consultant, gaining valuable experience in the UK and other European markets. Additionally, he has actively participated in workshops organized by the National Housing Bank (NHB) and the Ministry of Housing, further solidifying his expertise.

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Aryendra has been instrumental in driving transformative changes in organizations, leveraging his vast knowledge of financial systems and IT solutions. His strategic leadership has consistently delivered results, fostering growth and innovation in highly competitive environments.

With his extensive experience in the BFSI sector, Mr. Aryendra has developed a deep passion for functional training and upskilling professionals in the financial services industry. He remains dedicated to nurturing talent across all levels, equipping individuals and teams with the skills required to excel in this dynamic and evolving sector.
